Brantley DeWitt is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), a professional designation awarded by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, in Finance from Auburn University in 2022. He is also currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

As a Manager of Valuation Advisory at Business Valuation, Inc., Brantley leads the Savannah market for business valuation services, driving regional growth and client engagement initiatives while expanding the firm’s presence among business owners and trusted advisors. He provides comprehensive business valuation analyses for purposes including mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, tax compliance, and management planning. His work involves conducting in-depth financial modeling, market research, and risk assessments to determine accurate business enterprise and equity values. He regularly collaborates with attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors to deliver defensible valuations used in transactions, tax planning, and strategic decision-making. He also works closely with clients to identify key business drivers, interpret valuation results, and provide actionable recommendations designed to enhance enterprise and equity value.

Before joining BVI, Brantley gained extensive experience within global financial markets and investment banking operations at Macquarie. As a Senior Associate with Macquarie Capital’s Infrastructure and Energy Capital team, he managed financial reporting and analysis for a portfolio of more than twenty entities across the United States and United Kingdom, collectively representing over $200 million in net asset value. His responsibilities included preparing and analyzing financial statements, performing working capital and dividend analyses, and leading the audit process for multiple entities while coordinating directly with external auditors and senior stakeholders.

Earlier in his tenure through Macquarie’s competitive graduate rotational program, he supported the cash equities trading desk by producing daily and monthly profit and loss analyses and reconciling trading activity, while also working with the private markets asset management team to evaluate management accounts and capital allocations across nearly one hundred entities. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in financial analysis, capital markets, and complex financial structures, skills he now applies when performing rigorous, defensible business valuations for clients.

Brantley is currently a member of The Estate Planning Council of Northeast Florida, The Estate Planning Council of Savannah and serves on the Emerging Leaders Committee of the Savannah Community Foundation.
