Melissa Ann Lockhart has provided business valuation and complex commercial damages analysis at Business Valuation, Inc. since 2006. Her recent experience includes projects involving class actions, intellectual property valuation, and valuations with and without personal goodwill. Her extensive experience includes assignments with Heritage Capital Group doing analysis for mergers and acquisitions and management planning. Melissa is a CPA and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation designated from the American Institute of CPAs.

Melissa served on the Board of Directors of Learn to Read Jacksonville for several years and currently contributes to the Clay County Humane Society and Freed to Run, an organization supporting Jacksonville Legal Aid.

Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University and a Master of Accountancy from the University of North Florida, where she was awarded the KIP prize in accounting. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent, a FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative, and has passed the FINRA Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Examination.
